Estonia mobile operators Elisa, Tele2 and EMT / Telia blocked all free routes. About 10 years ago it was possible to send free SMS even using ICQ messenger, but not anymore.

Tele2 buys back unused devices from its subscribers

07.09.2015 -  Tele2 is offering to collect unused devices from its subscribers. Those on packages which give a phone along with their SMS and call plans may now be eligible to return their unused phones, providing they are worth between 12 and 65 euros. The operator will then sell those phones.

 

24.01.2013 - EMT says that it has deployed its 300th LTE enabled base station. Also mobile network started offering static-IP addresses for LTE users who want them - primarily useful for M2M and VPN applications.
